Our Packages

At Crazy Cool Cocktail Company, we offer customizable bartending packages to fit any event, big or small. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or throwing a full-scale celebration, our skilled bartenders bring the drinks, energy, and expertise to make your event unforgettable. From crafting signature cocktails to delivering top-tier service, we take the stress out of bartending so you can focus on having fun.  

 

While we do not provide alcohol or spirits in our package costs, we make it easy for you to stock the bar. We can create a detailed shopping list for you to purchase the needed alcohol, or we can handle the pickup for you and add it to the invoice. Plus, we’ll show up dressed for the part, looking sharp and polished to complement your event’s style. Check out our packages below to find the perfect fit for your celebration!

1. The Bartender Package – $450 (3 hours & up to 40 guests)

Perfect for smaller, lowkey events and gatherings
Includes:

  • One professional bartender

  • Basic bar tools (shaker, strainer, muddler, jigger, etc.)

  • Set-up and breakdown of the bar area

  • Beer & Wine Service

  • Bar Mats- to keep your space clean

  • Cocktail Straws & Napkins

  • Basic Garnish’s & Rims

  • Basic Housemade Syrups

  • (Client provides the liqour)

3. The Luxe Package – $1200 (5 hours & up to 100 guests)

For upscale events that require extra finesse.
Includes Everything in the Party Starter Package, PLUS:

  • Two professional bartenders for faster service

  • Up to 5 cocktail options served

  • Personalized drink names (host names, inside jokes, company slogans)

  • Custom bar setup (our luxury pop up bar top, linen, acrylic signage, florals, candles)

  • Extended service time (5 hours total)

2. The Party Starter Package – $600 (4 hours up to 40 people)

Ideal for themed parties or events where energy and creativity is key.
Includes Everything in the Signature Package, PLUS:

  • Custom creation of 2 signature cocktails tailored to your event’s theme

  • Customized cocktail menu design and 2 printouts for the bar.

  • An assortment of Bitters - to make your drinks really stand out & pop

  • Our large selection of Amaros & Liqueurs - good for making just about any cocktail you could think of

  • Fun & personalized cocktail garnish’s - like your drinks came from a speakeasy

  • Drink mixers (Coke, Diet Coke, Tonic, Club Soda, Etc.)

  • Plastic cups - so dishes don’t pile up

  • Ice & ice storage

  • Ingredient consultation and shopping list creation

  • Bartender dressed to match your event vibe (formal, casual, or themed).

5. The All-Out Experience – $1800

(6 hours & up to 200 guests)

Our full scale premier bar experience, ideal for weddings & large events
Includes:

  • Two professional bartenders for faster service

  • Tableside cocktail service or roaming cocktail waitress

  • Up to 8 custom cocktail options - perfect for having a cocktail everyone will enjoy

  • Color-matched cocktails to event palette

  • Mobile bar setup (if needed)

  • Pre-event consultation and cocktail tasting session

  • Specialty ice program (big cubes, spheres, crushed ice etc.)

  • High end glassware
